Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. This photo was taken as we came up with ideas for our business name (we were unsuccessful on this particular day). Our work is often done with a side of coffee, and pastries.
This meeting was during the typeface design process, with Muggie sharing the work so far. It was amazing to witness all the thought and consideration that went into designing each letter and character.
The first time we really felt like maybe this idea we'd been working on might actually become something. Huge thanks to our friend Malte Gaarde for his creative vision, art direction and video editing.
Being friends as well as business partners works really well for us. We understand what's going on in each others life and are flexible with work hours and life stuff (like bringing a baby to meetings)!
